Is it wrong to ask why my doctor received a discipline against her medical license?

Even though this was in 2003 you have a right to ask what happened. You're putting you and your baby's lives in her hands & you have a right to know, especially if that really worried you. Tell her that you were just curious and you hope that it doesn't affect your relationship.
