Why do liberals hate standardized testing?

Ever since No Child Left Behind, New York State has made the regents tests easier and easier. That is because the better the grades, the more federal funding it receives. However, lowering the standards for the tests brings the standard of the entire class down. Hence, the teachers teach how to pass a regents rather than learn the subject. And no, to get a score in the high 70's you don't have to understand a subject in the slightest really. The SAT however, is a standardized test that truly does test a student's intelligence. Also, the Math State Tests aren't as simple as the others.
