Why is it when women are in a male dominated profession....?

I don't know what you are talking about, even if a women reaches a plateau superior then any man she will still be given less credit because she is a female. Not only that but it is rare to see women take a profession where she can even reach a mediocrity level. This world was established by men, women will not be seen as a hero, pioneer etc...........
