Suggestions of high paying jobs?

and I'm not just wondering about the standard surgeon/lawyer. I want to know very specific types (e.g. patent attorney is great), and also, which ones not only have the best median/mean salary but which are the most rewarding of competence. By that I mean that I am interested in careers that can offer a lot if you have extensive degrees from prestigious universities (even though the mean salary of a patent attorney is only around 100,000-200,000, if you have a harvard law degree you can earn a million)
