Does anyone know what I can build a model house of?

So, I'm starting my architecture portfolio and I decided to build a model house (contemporary) out of some building material that is creative. Can you give me a fairly long list of building materials I could use? Like, for example, marshmallows or legoes. Just be creative please!!! 10 pts for best answer
